The Director of Guidance is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and implementing of all phases of the counseling program on a district-wide basis. As the K-12 Guidance Director, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the academic achievement, personal development, and overall well-being of our students. You will lead a team of guidance counselors and collaborate with teachers, administrators, social workers, nurses, and secretarial staff, and parents to implement comprehensive guidance programs that address the diverse needs of our student body.
